Title Genome-wide expression analysis of Arabidopsis Col-0 plants under different air humidity

Summary The goal of this study is to demonstrate the global expression profile of Arabidopsis Col-0 wild type plant leaves in response to low, moderate and high humidity.
 
Overall design Four-week-old Col-0 plants were treated with low, moderate and high humidity for 1 h. Leaves were collected at 1 h after different humidity treatment. Total RNA was extracted from the tissues using Trizol Reagent (Invitrogen) based on the manufacture's instruction, and genomic DNA was removed using the DNaseI (Invitrogen). RNA was further purified by using the RNeasy MinElute Cleanup kit (QIAGEN). RNA quality check, library construction, and RNA sequencing were performed by the Majorbio company.
