Title Unraveling the Role of Srsf1 in Brown Adipose Tissue Thermogenic Function through Single-Nucleus RNA Sequencing.

Summary Single-nucleus RNA sequencing reveals that Srsf1 absence alters the cell type composition and differentiation trajectories of BAT.
 
Overall design Interscapular brown adipose tissue was harvested from 8-week-old control and adipose tissue-specific Srsf1-knockout mice for experiment. In order to obtain single-cell suspension, fresh tissue samples were cut and lysed in nucleus lysis solution. The nuclei obtained were subsequently used for sequencing.
