Overall design |
Interscapular brown adipose tissue was harvested from 8-week-old control and adipose tissue-specific Srsf1-knockout mice for experiment. In order to obtain single-cell suspension, fresh tissue samples were cut and lysed in nucleus lysis solution. The nuclei obtained were subsequently used for sequencing.
