Title Gene-regulatory potential of 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary In this study, we analysed the in-vitro modulation of the transcriptome of human PBMCs isolated from 14 individuals after 24 hours of stimunation with 10 nM 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25D)

Overall design PBMCs of 14 healthy donors were isolated within one hour after peripheral blood collection and treated for 24 h either with 1,25(OH)2D3 (10 nM) or solvent (0.1% EtOH).
