Children with acute measles were admitted to the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka, Zambia. Peripheral blood was collected at hospital entry, discharge and 1-month follow-up. There are five patients with acute measles. Samples from entry, discharge and follow-up were run for each patient. Three uninfected control samples are also included.
