Summary |
S2 cells were knocked down for DmSTING by RNAi or using scrambled RNAi. Cyclic di-GMP (Biolog C057) was transfected 72h later. Mock transfection was performed using lipofectamine alone. Drosophila genome 2.0 Affymetrix arrays were used to perform gene expression analysis.
