Description mpkCCD stands for Murine Principal Kidney Cortical Collecting Duct. mpkCCD consists of a clonal cell line that displays some of the properties of native principal collecting duct cells, e.g. responsiveness to aldosterone and vasopressin. The current transcriptome corresponds to mpkCCD cells cultured under control conditions. Data are provided after removal of tags derived from linkers sequences.
