Description |
wt3
|
Data processing |
Raw data was processed using Ilumina GenomeStudio software (performed by Cambridge Genomic Services, Cambridge, UK, certified Illumina provider). Probes passing a detection p-value threshold of 0.01 in at least one sample were selected using the R package lumi (Du et al., Bioinformatics 2008). The data were then transformed using variance stabilisation (Lin et al., Nucleic Acids Research 2008) and quantile normalised. Values are variance-stabalised and quantile-normalised expression measures computed using the R package lumi (Du et al., Bioinformatics 2008; Lin et al., Nucleic Acids Research 2008). Only detected values are shown.
