Treatment protocol |
Differentiation to neurons was performed in N2B27 for four days, followed by a replating step in Neurobasal medium supplemented with B27. Neurons were then FACS purified based on RedStar expression driven by the neuronal specific Tau promoter

NSCs were derived according to monolayer protocols (Ying et al 2003) and maintained in Euromed-N medium supplemented with N2 and FGF2/EGF.
