Title |
H1299_shPTK7-1 |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
H1299_shPTK7
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
cell line: NCI-H1299 cell type: lung cancer cells transfected with: shPTK7 (PTK7 knockdown)
Treatment protocol |
Standard lentiviral production methods were used in 293FT cells. The shRNA lentivirus was used to infect the cell lines for 2 days, then subjected to 2 days of puromycin selection to ensure a pure population infected cells. RNA was collected at day 4 after infection.
Growth protocol |
NCI-H1299 and NCI-H2009 were maintained in standard conditions of RPMI media supplemented with 10% FBS
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Trizol was used to extract RNA, followed by DNAse treatment in a Qiagen RNA column.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Standard Affymetrix biotinylation protocol
Hybridization protocol |
Standard Affymetrix
Scan protocol |
Standard Affymetrix
