Sample GSM1226054 Query DataSets for GSM1226054
Status Public on Jan 01, 2014
Title Control (WT) keratinocyte rep1
Sample type RNA

Source name WT_10wk_keratinocyte
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain background: C57BL6
genotype/variation: control WT; MED1 fl/fl
age: 10 wk
tissues: skin; epidermis
cell type: keratinocyte
Treatment protocol Keratinocytes were isolated from the skin accoding to the method previously described (Section 3.3 Nowarks JA Fuchs E Mol Biol. 2009 ; 482: 215–232). Briefly, exsided skin was incubated with 0.25% trypsin and epidermis was separated from dermis. Keratinocytes were then isolated from the epidermis.
Growth protocol Coactivator MED1 is removed from keratin 14 (K14) expressing keratinocytes by using Crelox stragety
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was isolated from keratinocytes using RNAeasy RNA purification kit (Qiagen).
Label biotin
Label protocol Standard Illumina hybridization protocol cDNA labeled by Biotin and detected by Cy3-streptoavidin

Hybridization protocol Standard Illumina hybridization protocol done by UCLA neuroscience genomics core
Scan protocol Standard Illumina hybridication protocol done by UCLA neuroscience genomics core
