Following fragmentation, 10 mkg of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip Drosophila Genome Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 400.

Description |
Overall design: We collected 3-5 day old Canton S flies either without exposure to ethanol (control group), immediately after passage through the inebriometer, or from a population that had developed tolerance 2h after the initial ethanol exposure.
