Title |
soleus hindlimb muscle, sham control, rep2 |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
soleus hindlimb muscle_sham control
Organism |
Cavia porcellus |
Characteristics |
strain: Hartley guinea pigs gender: male condition: sham control tissue: soleus hindlimb muscle
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted using the RNeasy Mini extraction kits (Qiagen, USA) according to the manufacturer’s recommendations
Label |
Cy3
Label protocol |
One hundred nanograms of total RNA from each sample was amplified and converted into labelled cRNA using Agilent’s Low Input Quick Amp Labelling Kit according to the manufacturer’s recommendations
Hybridization protocol |
Cy3-labelled cRNA (600 ng/sample) was hybridized at 65C for 16 hours to our custom Cavia porcellus oligonucleotide microarray (manufactured by Agilent) in randomized sample order
Scan protocol |
Slides were scanned immediately after washing on the Agilent DNA Microarray Scanner (G2505B) using one color scan setting for 8x60k array slides (Scan Area 61x21.6 mm, Scan resolution 5um).
