Data processing |
Data was analyzed for differential expression using the GenomeStudio data analysis software (Illumina). Average normalization, the Illumina custom error model and multiple testing corrections using Benjamini and Hochberg False discovery rate were applied to the analysis. Only transcripts with a differential score >13 were considered.
