Treatment protocol |
S2 cells were seeded in 6-well plates in 2mL of Schneider's media, with 2,5.10^6 cells per well. After media removal, 0.5mL of virus inoculum (Multiplicity of Infection = 10) was added. After one hour incubation, inoculums were replaced with 2mL of fresh media.

Drosophila S2 cells (Invitrogen) were cultured at 25°C in Schneider’s Drosophila Media (Gibco) supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated Fetal Calf Serum (PAA), 50 U/mL Penicillin and 50 μg/mL Streptomycin (Gibco)
