Description |
MOLT4 cells (a human T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line), with a mutation in the NOTCH 1 gene (Weng et al., 2004, Science, 306, 269-271). Total RNA was harvested from three independent cultures of the MOLT4 cell line before and 48 hours after addition of the gamma-secretase inhibitor DAPT (5 uM).
