Growth protocol |
Xenograft tumors were generated by injecting a total of 1 x 10^6 MDA-MB231 cells mixed with Matrigel into the mammary fat pad in ICR/SCID mice at 4 wk of age. Tumors were collected after 8 wks.

Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 5.5 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hours at 45°C on HuGene 1.0 ST Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix Scanner 3000 7G.
