Dental pulp cells were grown in DMEM/F12 media supplemented with 1% non-essential aminoacids and 15% fetal bovine serum. iPSC cells were grown in mTeSR media (Stem cell Technologies). Embryonic cells were grown in human embryonic stem cells media (DMEM/F12 media supplemented with 20% knockout serum replacement; 50uM b-mercaptoethanol, 1% non-essential aminoacids; 10ng/ml FGF)
