Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Microarray Suite version 5.0 (MAS 5.0) using Affymetrix default analysis settings and global scaling as normalization method. All chips were subjected to global scaling to a target intensity of 1500 to take into account the inherent differences between the chips and their hybridization efficiencies.
