Title Healthy Twin 29a
Sample type RNA

Source name Intestinal mucosa biopsy from healthy human individuals
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics other: pair 29
gender: female
age: 32
genotype/variation: dizygotic twin
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Qiagen RNeasy mini extraction was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared using Message Amp II-Biotin (Ambion) and further processed using the standard Affymetrix protocol (Affymetrix manual 2005)

Hybridization protocol Following fragmentation, 15 µg of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip HG U133 2.0 Plus Array (Affymetrix GeneChipHybridization Oven 640). GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3038
Description Gene expression data from healthy human twins (mucosal biopsies), female, age: 32a
Data processing Sample data was processed using GCOS 1.3.0 (Affymetrix default settings) and normalized using GCRMA
