Treatment protocol Male mice of 8-week old were subjected to intraperitoneal injection of INTRALIPID or 5 mg/ml DZP at 8:00 and 18:00 for 10 days.
Growth protocol Mice were housed in plastic cages containing wood chips and covered with a wire lid. The cages were kept at 24±1 °C under a 12 h light/dark cycle (lights on at 8:00). The diet were standard laboratory food and water ad libitum.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted from each source using RNeasy Lipid Tissue Mini Kit (QIAGEN) according to the manufacturer's protocol. 100 ng of total RNA was subsequently carried out to First-strand cDNA synthesis using GeneChip® WT PLUS Reagent Kit (Affymetrix).
Label biotin
Label protocol Fragmented single-strand cDNA were subjected to 3' terminal labeling with biotin using GeneChip® WT PLUS Reagent Kit in accordance with manufacturer's protocol.
 
Hybridization protocol Fragmented and biotin-labeled single-strand cDNA (5.2 μg each) hybridized on GeneChip® MTA 1.0 for 16 h at 45°C with rotation at 60 rpm using GeneChip® Hybridization Oven 645.
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G (Affymetrix).

Data processing The data were analyzed with Expression Console version 1.4.1 (Affymetrix) using default settings for background correction, normalization and summarization.
