Treatment protocol |
Male mice of 8-week old were subjected to intraperitoneal injection of INTRALIPID or 5 mg/ml DZP at 8:00 and 18:00 for 10 days.

Growth protocol |
Mice were housed in plastic cages containing wood chips and covered with a wire lid. The cages were kept at 24±1 °C under a 12 h light/dark cycle (lights on at 8:00). The diet were standard laboratory food and water ad libitum.

Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted from each source using RNeasy Lipid Tissue Mini Kit (QIAGEN) according to the manufacturer's protocol. 100 ng of total RNA was subsequently carried out to First-strand cDNA synthesis using GeneChip® WT PLUS Reagent Kit (Affymetrix).

Fragmented and biotin-labeled single-strand cDNA (5.2 μg each) hybridized on GeneChip® MTA 1.0 for 16 h at 45°C with rotation at 60 rpm using GeneChip® Hybridization Oven 645.

GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G (Affymetrix).
