Mononuclear cells from bone marrow (BM) were enriched by Ficoll gradient centrifugation. Total RNA was isolated using TRIzol (Life Technologies, Grand Island, NY, USA). cDNA preparation and in vitro transcription were performed according to standard Affymetrix protocols.
