Description
Primay human lung fibroblast cells were grown in tissue culture. RNA was extracted using a Quiagen RNeasy kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 5ug of total RNA. Initial data analysis was performed using Affymetrix MAS software.
