Data processing |
fastq files were examined with the Rockhopper program. This program performs alignment, gene counts, normalization and outputs expression levels for each gene in each samples. Adjusted q values are also assigned to each pair-wise comparison between all samples. Fastq files were aligned to the genome of Neisseria gonorrheoae FA1090 Genome_build: Neisseria gonorrheoae FA1090 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Text files with normalized expression values for each gene
