Growth protocol grow 293 cells to 80% confluence in DMEM with 10% FBS, collected 2 samples each 2 days apart for a total of 8 (4 each miR-155 or miR-K12-11) experimental and 4 control samples (pCDNA3.1)

Extraction protocol Qiagen RNeasy according to manufacturer's instructions
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 1 ug total RNA (Expression Analysis Technical Manual, 2003, Affymetrix).
 
Hybridization protocol Following fragmentation, 10 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on HG133 2.0 Genome Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix F450.
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix GeneArray Scanner 7G.
