Description
Young (18-25 years old) male subject. Muscle biopsies were performed on the vastus lateralis. RNA was extracted using TriZol and DNA contaminants were removed using a Qiagen kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 75ug of total RNA.
