Treatment protocol |
The first set of experiments were done in triplicate by exposing cells to control, 25mM lactic acidosis of pH6.7, 2%hypoxia, and the combination of lactic acidosis and hypoxia. The second set of experiments were done in replica of six replicates and cells were exposed to control, acidosis with the addition of HCl to reach pH 6.7 and 25mM sodium lactate.
