Treatment protocol Transfection of NS or β-catenin targeting siRNA were performed using siLectfect (Bio-Rad) for 48 h according to manufacturer's protocol. The siRNA were purchased from Dharmacon.
Growth protocol HEYA8 HM cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 5% fetal bovine serum and 1% penicillin and streptomycin at 37C in a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Trizol extraction of total RNA was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label biotin
Label protocol RNA were biotinylated using the FlashTag Biotin HSR RNA Labelling kit (Affymetrix) with 800ng total RNA as input.
 
Hybridization protocol Biotinylated RNA were hybridized on GeneChip miRNA 4.0 Array according to the instructions of the FlashTag Biotin HSR RNA Labelling kit (Affymetrix) . GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G.
Description NS-siRNA
Data processing The data were processed with Expression Console using the RMA + DABG (with quantile normalization) algorithm.
