Remove low quality reads with nucleotides of scores lower than 30 in the first 25 nucleotides Keep the sequences whose lengths are greater than or equal to 18 bp (the 3' adapter sequences of reads had been removed by the sequencing facility) Sort and remove repetitive sequences Calculate the counts of unique sequences The unique sequences were aligned to a self-assembled transcriptome with SOAP2 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: sequences and count values
