Sample GSM2712214 Query DataSets for GSM2712214
Status Public on Sep 11, 2017
Title 14263X24
Sample type SRA

Source name 155 Flox CD4cre CD4+ICB_003
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: B6
Treatment protocol Select mice were treated with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 and anti-CTLA-4 antibodies injected IP on days 3, 6, and 9 in a volume of 250 ul in concentrations of 1mg/mL, 1mg/mL and 0.4mg/ml respectively
Growth protocol B16f10-OVA tumors were grown in cell culture before injecting 1 x 10^6 cells per mouse subcutaneously in the hind flank. Tumors were grown for 12 days. Tumors were then removed and digested with Accumax and flow sorted based on the above mentioned strategy.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Cells were flow sorted, RNA was isolated with miRneasy micro kit, library was prepped.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Data processing Reads were aligned to mouse genome from Ensembl release 87 using STAR.
Reads mapping uniquely to features in the Ensembl mouse GTF were counted using featureCounts.
Differentially expressed genes were identified using a 5% false discovery rate with DESeq2
Genome_build: GRCm38 (mouse)
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: FeatureCount output files
