Growth protocol |
Ripened seeds (8-weeks) of Col-0, csn5a-1, and csn1-10 that were collected on the same day from plants grown side-by-side at the same time were used. The 2-day germinating seeds, prepared with the same volume of dry seeds as above, were sterilized and incubate on cell culture wells with 0.5X liquid GM medium at 22oC under constant light for 2 days.
