Status Public on Mar 06, 2018
Title arr-11-104 Blood
Sample type genomic

Source name Blood
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics Sex: Male
status: Affected
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Extraction of genomic DNA from fresh whole blood was performed using a standard salt extraction.
Label Biotin-streptavidin-green, DNP-anti-DNP-red
Label protocol 200ng of genomic DNA was whole-genome amplified in an overnight reaction at 37°C using multi-sample amplification mix 1 and 2 (MA1 and MA2) and multi-sample amplification master mix (WG-MSM). After incubation the amplified DNA was fragmented with fragmentation solution (WG-FMS), precipitated with isopropanol and precipitation solution (PM1) and resuspended in hybridization buffer (RA1).

Hybridization protocol RA1 resuspended DNA was loaded onto BeadChip arrays. After overnight incubation at 48°C, single-base extension and allele-specific staining was performed on a Te-Flow Flow-Through Chamber rack system (Tecan, Maennedorf, Switzerland).
Scan protocol After allele-specific staining BeadChip arrays were coated with XC4/ethanol , dried for 1 hour and scanned on a BeadArray Reader and iScan System (Illumina).
Description Genomic DNA extracted from whole blood was genotyped using Infinium Omni1-Quad Genotyping BeadChips (Illumina).
Data processing Genomic DNA extracted from whole blood was genotyped using Infinium HumanOmni1-Quad BeadChips (Illumina).
