Description |
Corneal stroma was dissected from 7-8 weeks old CD-1 mouse. Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from 5ug of total RNA. The expression values of all probe sets are scaled to 150 of Target Intensity by using Affymetrix Microarray Suite 5.0. Three replicates of adult corneal stroma were analyzed. Data processing |
The model-fitting DNA chip-analyzer software (dChip; Affymetrix Inc.) and an invariant-set normalization method were used for data normalization and to calculate a model-based expression value for each transcript. The data table below reports both the MAS5.0- and dChip-calculated data.
