The extraction of total RNA was done by lysing the embryos in Isol-RNA lysis reagent (5 Prime, Hamburg, Germany) RNA sequencing library was constructed according to manufacturer’s instructions (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) using polyA enrichment.
