Treatment protocol Mice were treated for 8h with 1 µg/g tunicamycin or vehicle (150 mM dextrose).
Growth protocol Mice were housed in a temperature-controlled room (22–24°C) with a 12h dark-light cycle. Animal studies were performed in compliance with European Community specifications regarding the use of laboratory animals and approved by the Nord-Pas de Calais Ethical Committee for animal use.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted using Trizol and reverse transcribed using the High Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription kit (Applied Biosystems, USA). Total RNA was checked for quantity and quality using the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Biotechnologies).
Label biotin
Label protocol RNA were processed using Affymetrix GeneChip® WT PLUS Reagent Kit.
 
Hybridization protocol Affymetrix GeneChip Hybridization Oven 640 for 16h at 45°C and 60 rpm on MoGene-2_0-st Chip. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics.
Scan protocol Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 7G and Affymetrix GeneChip Command Console software (AGCC).
Description Transcriptomic liver of WT mouse treated with tunicamycin
Data processing RMA and Quantile Normalization with median polish using Partek. The data obtained are log2-transformed.
