Data processing |
Data were analyzed with R. Signal values from each array were background subtracted (array background value was set as quantified by the service provider), quantile-normalized between the 7 intra-array replicates and the signal value for each miRNA summarized as the average of repeating spots. Processed miRNA intensity values were normalized between-array by quantile normalization.
