sRNA-seq-Zamore-protocol:Small RNA libraries were constructed as described in Phillip Zamore Lab Illumina TruSeq Small RNA Cloning Protocol April, 2014 (http://www.umassmed.edu/zamore/resources/protocols/). sRNA-seq-modified-nebnext was carried out using NEBNext Multiplex Small RNA Library Prep Set for Illumina kit (cat. no E7300, New Enagland Biolabs) according to the protocol described by: Plotnikova et al. Plant Cell 2019. mRNA sequensing was carried out with Lexogen Sense kit according to the manufacturer's instructions.
