Illumina Casava1.7 software used for basecalling. Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to PAO1 genome (NC_002516) and assessed using the Rockhopper RNAseq analysis pipline (Tjaden et al 2013, Genome biology) Genome_build: PAO1 NC_002516 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: comma-delimited text files include RPKM values for each experimental condition.
