E47 was induced in T6PNE with Tamoxifen (0.5-4µM). Islets were untreated.

Growth protocol |
TRM 6 cells were derived from human fetal islets. They were engineered to express PDX-1, NeuroD1 and inducible E45. Both islets and T6PNE RPMI media with 5.5mM glucose 10% FBS and 1% pen/strep.

Extraction protocol |
Cells were harvested with RLT buffer and βME. RNA was extracted with DNase I treatment with QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. Quality control was performed with Agilent Bioanalyser.
