Title |
Rhinitis R7 |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
Nasal airway epithelium
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
disease state: Rhinitis tissue: Nasal airway epithelium gender: Female age: 9.32 y
Treatment protocol |
Nasal airway epithelial cells were brushed from children and immediately lysed with 100 µl of Absolutely RNA® Microprep Kit lysis buffer mixed with 0,7 µl of ?-Mercaptoethanol 14,2M then stored at -70°C.
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Absolutely RNA® Microprep Kit extraction of total RNA was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 300 ng total RNA.
Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation and labeling, 3ug of DNA were hybridized for 17 hr at 45C on Huge gene 1.0ST Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G (Affymetrix).
Description |
Gene expression data from dust mite allergic child nasal brushing with isolated rhinitis
Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Expression Console using Affymetrix default analysis settings and Gene Level-RMA sketch as normalization method.
