Sample GSM4793016 Query DataSets for GSM4793016
Status Public on Sep 15, 2021
Title WT tumor 5
Sample type SRA

Source name mammary gland tumor
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: FVB/n
disease state: tumor
genotype/variation: WT
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol 1 ug of RNA was used for cDNA library construction at Novogene using an NEBNext® Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina® (cat# E7420S, New England Biolabs, Ipswich, MA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s protocol.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Description total RNA isolated from mammary gland tumors developing in control GAL4 mice
Data processing The RNA sequences were generated on an Illumina Nova 6000 Platform using a paired-end 2×150 bases.
RNA sequences were aligned against mouse genome mm10 by STAR (Version 2.7.3), and RNA expression was calculated by RSEM (RNA-Seq by Expectation Maximization).
Genome_build: mm10
