Sample GSM4837021 Query DataSets for GSM4837021
Status Public on Aug 19, 2021
Title control-36
Sample type SRA

Source name exosome from plasma
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics tissue: exosome from plasma
age: 42 years old
disease state: healthy individual
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol 2mL of venous blood from patients were collected into Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid (EDTA) routine blood tubes. Plasma was separated by centrifugation at 3000 rpm for 10 min at 4℃ and collected into cryogenic vials and stored at −80℃. The exoRNeasy Serum/Plasma kit (Qiagen) was applied to extract the exosomal total RNAs.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing Illumina Casava1.7 software used for basecalling.
Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to hg38 whole genome using bowtie hisat2 with parameters -p 12 -5 5 -3 5 --rna-strandness RF
HTseq was used to calculate the counts of the Reads mapped the genome.
Genome_build: hg38
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Matrix table with Htseq-counts
