Un-normalized summary probe profiles were output from BeadStudio for two Illumina Mouse Whole-Genome Version 1.1 BeadChips. The raw intensities were transformed by variance stabilising transformation (vst) and quantile normalised using the lumi package of the Bioconductor open-source software project (http://www.bioconductor.org).
