Bcl2fastq v2.17.1.14 software used for basecalling. Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to Paracoccus denitrificans ASM406373v1 whole genome using bowtie2 (v2.2.6). Fragments Per Kilo bases per Million reads (FPKM) were calculated using a protocol from Mortazavi and Williams, Nature methods, 2008. Genome_build: Paracoccus denitrificans ASM406373v1 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include FPKM values for each Sample Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Matrix table with raw gene counts for every gene and every sample
