Source name Candida albicans
Organism Candida albicans
Characteristics treatment: C. albicans SC5314 cells without drug treatment
strain: SC5314
Treatment protocol Overnight grown C. albicans SC5314 were diluted to 1E7 cells per milliliter RPMI1640 medium amd treated by 19ak (0.5 μg/mL or 2 μg/mL) for 6 h at 30℃.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted using a RiboPure-Yeast kit (Ambion) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model HiSeq X Ten

Data processing Index of the reference genome was built using Hisat2 v2.0.5 and paired-end clean reads were aligned to the reference genome using Hisat2 v2.0.5. For the quantification of gene expression levels, we use feature Counts v1.5.0-p3 to count the reads numbers mapped to each gene. And then FPKM of each gene was calculated based on the length of the gene and reads count mapped to this gene. FPKM, expected number of Fragments Per Kilobase of transcript sequence per Millions base pairs sequenced, considers the effect of sequencing depth and gene length for the reads count at the same time.
