Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted with the Trizol reagent using the QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit and followed by clean-up and DNase I treatment in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. Quality control was performed with the Agilent Bioanalyzer System.
The KAPA RNA HyperPrep Kit with RiboErase (KAPA Biosystems, Wilmington, MA, USA) was used to deplete ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs) and construct RNA-seq libraries with 1 ug of total RNAs as the starting material.
Ribosomal RNA depletion RNA-seq

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
