Extraction protocol CITE-seq/scRNA-seq: Single cell was encapsulated into droplets and lysed in the droplet. mRNA and antibody-derived oligos were anneal to beads. After the reverse transcription procedure and PCR, the product was separated into ADTs and cDNA using Ampure Bead.
CITE-seq/scRNA-seq: DNBelab C Series High-throughput Single-cell System (BGI-research, China) was utilized for library preparation.
