Data processing Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to mm10 refSeq using the STAR spliced read aligner
Fragment counts were derived using HTS-seq program using mm10 Ensembl transcripts as model.
Differentially expressed genes were identified using edgeR which were then considered and ranked based on adjusted p-values (FDR) of ≤ 0.1.
