Organism |
Cricetulus griseus |
Characteristics |
cell line: CHO treatment: tigecycline treatment (0.2 mg/ml) for 48 h
|
Treatment protocol |
The CHO cells treated with tigecycline (0 mg/ml and 0.2 mg/ml) for 48 h.
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
The total RNA of CHO cells was harvested using Trizol reagent. Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit was used with 1 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.

Data processing |
HISAT2 (v2.1.0) software was used for sequence aligment. Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to CriGri-PICR whole genome using Bowtie2 v2.3.5. Transcripts Per Million reads (TPM) were calculated using RSEM tool (v1.3.1) from Bo Li et al., BMC Bioinformatics, 2011. Assembly: Chinese hamster PICR (Cricetulus griseus) Supplementary files format and content: Matrix table file with abundance measurements for every gene and every sample.
