Sample GSM6268634 Query DataSets for GSM6268634
Status Public on Jul 01, 2022
Title control_sample_1
Sample type SRA

Source name control
Organism Candida albicans
Characteristics strain background: BWP17 parental strain
genotype: PTET-IRF1
treatment: ChIP antibody: anti-HA
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Cells were mechanically opened in standard lysis buffer, with 0.5mm glasbeads during 6 rounds of 45s on a FasPrep at 6.5m speed.
The DNA library was prepared with the TruSeq ChIP library preparation kit from Illumina. 10 ng were used as starting material of each sample. Size selection of the corresponding library was performed by two consecutive AMPure XP bead (Beckman) steps

Library strategy ChIP-Seq
Library source genomic
Library selection ChIP
Instrument model NextSeq 550

Data processing Reads were mapped on the available C. albicans genome sequence assembly 22 (candiagenome.org) using Hisat2
binding sites were identified using bPeaks
Assembly: Candida genome databse assembly 22
Supplementary files format and content: location of obtained binding peaks calculated with bPeaks in bedGraph format
