1ng of hGR-XEBF3 mRNA and 0.2ng noggin mRNA were co-injected into Xenopus embryos at the one-cell stage. Alternatively, 0.4ng hGR mRNA and 0.2ng noggin mRNA were co-injected in control embryos. At stage 9, animal caps were dissected from the embryo, using either a Gastromaster or a hypodermic needle tip.
